CNN National poll Ron Paul in third place with 14%

I don't know if the two week period when pollsters are rated starts today or tomorrow, but it is pretty close to now.

Yeah, 14% nationally is a terrific move in the right direction, but we do need to keep moving up.

This is a solid poll. If Ron wins Iowa, he should receive a considerable bump nationally. We can do this!

Gingrich and Romney ran unusually strong though. Too bad the numbers aren't spread out a bit more.

This poll was conducted overwhelmingly over land lines. We know what that means... Paul's numbers nationally are higher than this poll says ;)

oh my god! and all this is happening despite the fact that RP ended his campaign last week with his crazy iran comments in the debate!
I'd say it's happening because of those Iran comments!

So much for all of you who thought Paul damaged himself. It's interesting how peace, liberty, and prosperity sell. It's also funny how we assume if they're not packaged perfectly, people won't want them.

I thought low prefernce guy was being sarcastic?

14-percent is dangerously close to being Serious And Important on a national scale.

If we catch several more points and hit 20-percent we'll be right next to Romney and the leading Not Romney -who might actually be Paul- and we'll have an even larger platform to preach traditional American, Constitutional values.

This is awesome stuff.

so question. When they say national %14. Is that %14 of potential repub voters? How many registered republicans are there?

All of these polls are based on a sample of likely republican voters. If it included everybody Ron would be in first.
