Clark County, WI: Judge rules Wisconsin's conceal carry ban unconstitutional‏

Read the blog from the retired LEO who has been scrutinizing the case. The firearm was holstered. The only thing Erik Scott had in his hand was a cell phone.

The "repeated" commands turns out to be 3 conflicting commands given in the span of approximately 2 seconds before Officer Mosher opened fire.

The inquest was a complete sham. The actions of the Metro police and PA subsequent to the event are anathema.

And your proof?

Like I said, I will await the outcome of any subsequent trials.

I do not base opinions on "guilt" formulated in the media and/or blogosphere.

And your proof?

Unfortunately all the video from the store and all the police dash cams is missing.
I have to go with the abundant eye witness testimony.

Police testimony is irrelevant as they have no credibility. (They lie too much,,too often)
;)

I really don't care what you do. Sticking your fingers in your ears and going, "nana nana nana - I can't hear you" when presented with information you don't want to hear (see) is childish.

I already provided you the leads to evaluate the known facts of the case. The retired LEO's blog posts are based upon facts culled directly from 911 tapes and testimony. If you can dissect his posts and show me where he is making speculative assumptions or opinions, I'd be happy to discuss the issue. Simply drawing a line in the sand and saying, he's not a reporter so his reporting is bunk tells me that you lack the critical thinking necessary to continue this discussion however.

Well, as I will repeat again, my opinion will be based upon the legal system, not media hysteria. If these officers are found guilty in a court of law, then my opinion will change.

In this day and age of 9/11 conspiracy theories, Birthers, and plain political partisan hackery, I trust the media less and less, and the blogosphere not at all.
