I always wondered the same thing Naplitano mentions. Since he was a constitutional scholar that graduated at the very top of his class, how in the hell does he interpret the Constitution so that wealth can be redistributed?

Yes, mine are often times within arms reach of the computer too. The first two were the best, but the Judge is one of the people in the country closest to the Founding Fathers there is.
