The Little Twerp

Presidential aide explains why Putin cancelled his France visit in simple words

"It looked like this.
Imagine you get an invitation from the host to come to his place as a guest to have dinner and a chat.
The invitation you get is made not by telephone.
The host sends very beautifully disguised invitations.
He says, ‘You and me will do this and that, we have certain plans for this day, you are welcome’,"

"Then you tell him in reply, ‘Yes, of course, I will come with great pleasure,
if this day suits you, if you feel comfortable, and if nothing intervenes. Settled.'
And you get ready for the visit and you plan to stay at the host’s home for a while."

Ushakov said the further events took a strange turn.

"The host then starts saying in public in the company of his friends,
"What if I don’t invite this guy? Why should I meet with him at all?’"
"The invited person eventually learns about the host’s behavior,
because ‘you get the information through friends’."

"What is more, the host’s secretary makes a telephone call and tells you,
"You know, please feel free to come, you can take your time,
though possibly the host will be not at home.
You can walk around on your own. The host may drop in for a cup of tea, of course.
So it’s up to you to decide, if you should be here or not,"

"That’s what the situation on the eve of (Putin’s canceled visit to Paris) looked like.
This explains why it ended the way did."

(John Kirby is the perfect spox for ALL of them.
What a bunch of low class freaks.
Boris Johnson fits right in. )

The host sends very beautifully disguised invitations.

I have never received a "disguised invitation" to anything. What is that? Secretly inviting somebody to an event without telling them they are actually invited?

Turkish FM says improved ties with Russia not to change Ankara’s position on Syria

(TASS) An improvement in relations between Turkey and Russia
doesn’t mean that "Ankara is ready to change its position on Syria and (President) Assad,"
Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Thursday
after a meeting between the Gulf Cooperation Council and Turkey in Riyadh.

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Adel Al-Jubeir, in turn, expressed hope
that "the improved relations between Moscow and Ankara will have a positive impact on the solution of the Syrian crisis."

Earlier Cavusoglu had called upon the Russian authorities
to "halt bombardments and ease the humanitarian aid deliveries to Aleppo."

Captured jihadist admits being trained in Turkey

A young jihadi fighter captured yesterday by the Syrian Army
said he was trained the Turkish city of Gaziantep
before sent to fight government forces in the northern city of Aleppo.

"I have enrolled in 5 training military courses (each lasts for 15-30 days) in Turkey' Gaziantep.
We went there in groups of 100 people each", he said.

The young fighter, who appears alongside two others,
added that they were paid $50-100 at the end of each training course
where they were taught how to use AK-47 assault rifles and DShK (Doshka) machineguns.

Yesterday, up to three jihadi militants were captured alive by the Syrian Army
and allied forces inside Sheikh Sa'eed District in southern Aleppo.

(yeah. It's what we call State sponsoring terrorism.
It's an International Crime. Criminal. Crime. Get it? United States of America is DOING IT!!!! OMG I'm gonna have to scream. )

Assad

Interview w/ Pravda News
Assad nails it 1st Question.

Syria’s Assad says taking Aleppo will push ‘terrorists’ back to Turkey

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad told a Russian newspaper on Friday
that taking the city of Aleppo from rebel forces who are backed by Turkey
will be a springboard for Syria’s army to push the “terrorists” back to Turkey.

“You have to keep clearing this area
and push the terrorists into Turkey,
to where they came from, or kill them.
There’s no other option,”

Assad said in an interview with Russian’s Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper.

There was a lot more freedom in Syria than there is in Saudi Arabia. When do we begin bombing that regime?

Never.
As a matter of fact and by the strangest coincidence... YOU are next. :)

hahaha he's got it pretty nailed down.

Egypt: Suffers 'Cost' of Defiance

(Defying Saudi & Western pressure, Pres. Al-Sisi rejected French UN 'No-Fly' Resolution
and supported Russian 'Nusra-Exit' de Mistra based resolution. A sovereign/moral pro-Assad decision.
This is a Good analysis of Hegemon - Saudi global bribery & extortion and how the game is played.)

Egypt’s president defends his country’s decision to vote for a United Nations resolution on Syria
which was strongly opposed by Saudi Arabia, amid growing rift between the two Arab countries.

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi called for Egypt’s sovereignty to be respected
in a speech broadcasted live on state TV on Wednesday.
The speech comes after discord surfaced following Cairo’s vote
to support a Russian-drafted resolution at the UN Security Council on Saturday.

Two days later, Saudi oil company ARAMCO halted the delivery
of 700,000 tonnes of petroleum products scheduled to be sent to Egypt this month.
Saudi Arabia’s ambassador to Egypt suddenly left Cairo on Wednesday
without an official explanation.
Widening disagreements over Saudi Arabia’s role in Syria
are threatening to distance the two Arab nations.

Lausanne Update

Lavrov: All talking that the main thing is to stop military action in Aleppo is "attempt to surreptitiously defend al-Nusra"

Lavrov has no special expectations before meeting on Syria in Lausanne

Steps by Western partners to speed up fulfillment of existing agreements on Syria are currently not visible - Lavrov

LAVROV: WE NOT GOING TO SUGGEST ANYTHING NEW IN LAUSANNE, ALL WRITTEN VERY CLEARLY IN OUR AGREEMENTS WITH AMERICANS

Lavrov pins no special hopes on meeting in Lausanne on Syria

Top Syrian security official visits Cairo [link to aml.ink (secure)] #Egypt #Syria

Head of National Security Bureau, Major-General Ali Mamlouk,
visited Cairo upon an invitation made by senior Egyptian officials.

During the 1-day visit, Mr. Mamlouk met Major-General Khalid Fawzi, deputy head of Egyptian National Security Agency,
along with other security officials.

The two parties held prolonged talks whereby they agreed on mutual coordination
both on political and security levels to counter the terror attacks which currently hit the two states.

The visit comes as ties between Egypt and Saudi Arabia –
the main backer of anti-Assad forces –
have recently deteriorated after Egypt voted for a Russian draft resolution on Syria
at the UN Security Councils last week.

Russia threatens "symmetrical" response to new U.S. sanctions

MOSCOW, Oct. 17 (Xinhua) -- Moscow will make a "symmetrical" response
if Washington decides to impose new sanctions on Russia, a senior Russian diplomat said on Monday
amid escalating tensions between the two powers over the Syria settlement.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Riabkov was quoted by the RIA Novosti news agency
as saying that "no hostile actions against Russia will be left without a response."

"I would like to remind that Moscow has warned more than once
that the answer would not necessarily be tit-for-tat, but it will be symmetrical," Ryabkov said.

(Ha. They could start by kicking out the Moscow Times bootlickers.. but that wouldn't show any class. It'll be classy. **moar popcorn** )

Egypt Getting Squeezed

(You want to stand against the hegemons? Are you SURE??

This is what it ALWAYS comes down to: Do the 'people' stand WITH you?
In Russia the answer is yes, they do. In Syria the answer is yes, they do (and WHAT an atrocity is being exacted... like Yemenii)

So.. in Egypt, it begins. Saudis have halted oil to Egypt, the IMF is withholding loan agreements.... now it starts hitting the streets.
This is not a game... it is a science out of the pit of hell against all governments, humanity and life itself. The stakes have never been higher._)

The Russians have made their choice: They will NEVER be global slaves. Neither will the Syrians. Never.
Neither will the Iranians.
If the Egyptians aren't willing to wean themselves off the Western tit...
then they will 'blame' their government for their suffering
and seek 'Hope and Change'. HaHaHa ugh.
