Christie slams Paul for Patriot Act failure

"The dangerous dysfunction of the Senate will regretably require Chris Christie to assume absolute power to keep us safe."

Wow. I guess Christie doesn't know about having principles and listening to constituents. That's what Senators are supposed to do.

According to Dianne Feinstein the role of a Senator is to "take the tough votes" and not listen to your constituents:

In a statement from his political action committee, Christie slammed “misguided ideologues” with “no real world experience in fighting terrorism” for “putting their uninformed beliefs above the safety and security of our citizens.”

And from http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?475255-Christie-Patriot-Act-debate-is-‘dangerous’
“This debate that we’re having right now about the Patriot Act — it’s is a very dangerous debate because it’s done by people with no experience dealing what I’ve dealt with,” Christie said. “I’m the only person in this national conversation who has used the Patriot Act, signed off on it, convicted terrorists because of it.”

So apparently, Christie's taking a "Second Coming of Rudy" angle by running plays from Ghouliani's "President of 9/11" playbook ...

So, I read the headline, and I wonder how he figures it's Paul's fault that the PATRIOT Act has not led to the arrest and prosecution of one single terrorist?

Diabetes? I've heard it effects brain function.
