I'm not sure if anyone saw it, I assumed someone would catch it but I didn't see anything here about it.

Earlier today Chris Matthews reported on those newsletters with the racist content. It was really scewed if you saw it...

Anyway, this is the first time I've seen this in the media, and I'm noticing more and more people are starting to call Ron Paul a racist, even some Ron Paul reporters.

I know he isn't, I personally think he's a sincere old white man that could probably do with some cultural exposure... but if his beautiful explanation of how libertarianism "racism's worst enemy" on Bill Moyers Journal proves anything, even if it's possible he was in the past (which I doubt) the Ron Paul I see now is no racist.

Unfortunately it's not so easy to convince people of that, and with such a taboo accusation trying to wipe the dirt off can make you dirtier. The people who have hated him from the beginning are abusing this piece on him to know end.

I think this is going to be his final undoing.

It's only the end of Ron Paul if we let it be. The media aren't the ones who got Ron Paul to the point where he had the funds for this race, we are. Ron Paul did not become famous from free media coverage. We did it.

This only ends if we lose our faith in him, which is what the media wants.

If the MLK fund raiser goes well, it will be fun to see the media explain that.

They did this to Goldwater. They did it to Buchanan. We knew it was coming, we just didn't know when.
