I lost any and all respect for Chomsky when he said "who cares" when asked about a possible 9/11 conspiracy and a JFK conspiracy. Who cares? Huh, I do.

He's saying "who cares?" because there's overwhelming evidence that there is no conspiracy. And even if there was some sort of conspiracy, what should be focused on is the results of these events, not who may have conspired to bring them about.

Chomsky would probably argue:
"Did the government coordinate 9/11? Highly unlikely. Did it benefit from it? It gave it a casus belli to invade two middle east countries, something that was already planned."
