PUBLIC NOTICE OF FORTHCOMING FELONY COMPLAINT
by Ted Lee Gunderson, Private Criminal Investigator
FBI Senior Special Agent in Charge (retired)
Gunderson Professional Investigations

This cheating (i.e., rigging) at the recent Pinellas County GOP
straw poll debate by Pinellas County GOP staff, Romney's
Campaign staff and others--including his unscrupulous
supporters--not only constitutes felony fraud and conspiracy,
it constitutes an outrageous abuse of the public trust that
must not be tolerated by the American people. Former FBI
Division Chief, Ted Gunderson, who is an ardent 'Ron Paul for
President' supporter, has decided to investigate this criminal
act further and file formal felony affidavits against all known
and yet unknown perpetrators to this criminal conspiracy.
Another felony was perpetrated when REC Chairman, Tony DiMatteo
verbally threatened to ?hurt? a Ron Paul supporter; now a
felony crime victim-witness.

The forthcoming felony complaints will be posted @
http://www.1-free-dvd.com and/or http://www.tedgunderson.com
...then... submitted to the a Pinellas county grand jury and
local prosecutor where the straw poll vote fraud took place and
also to the federal government/Department of Justice.
Fortunately, we have the irrefutable film evidence of the
villains being caught red-handed in the act of felony fraud and
conspiracy-collusion to rig the outcome of this vitally
important straw poll. Does Mitt Romney condone or otherwise
support this kind of criminal conduct? Will he fire the
culprits or at least apologize for the crimes of his dishonest
staff and supporters? Now every straw poll purportedly won by
Romney must be investigated for similar crimes perpetrated
against Dr. Ron Paul, the other GOP candidates and the American
public.

Those Ron Paul supporters who retaliated by going back to vote
multiple times should not have repaid "evil with evil" since
they, too, are subject to felony prosecution in like manner as
the Romney conspirators. Ted Gunderson does not believe that
Dr. Paul would condone multiple-ballots-voting just because the
Romney gang did it first. This kind of cheating and felony
fraud is outrageous, unjust, immoral, unethical and un-
American!! Felony criminal complaints are forthcoming!!!

Ted Gunderson requests that everyone help us publicize these
felonies and get this email out to everyone you know. Spread
the word that Romney's staff and unethical GOP personnel are
engaging in outrageous felony crimes and these crooks need to
be brought to justice immediately. Prison terms for these
criminals will send a clear message to unrighteous Americans
that this kind of felony "vote rigging" will not be tolerated!

Fellow Americans who wish to have their names added to the forthcoming felony complaint should email:
[email protected] and provide your first & last name
and complete mailing address. Just write: FELONY FRAUD
COMPLAINT in the subject line. The final criminal complaint
will be published at www.1-free-dvd.com

Take his ass to court.

We're taking out the trash, gang. Corruption is going down and Neo Conservatism is going down.

I don't see what he did that was illegal. Underhanded, poor form, and all around sleazy sure, but the rules of that straw poll (as far as I know) were one vote per ticket rather than one vote per person. It was a way to raise money for that county's GOP.

Is this criminal complaint a good thing? I mean, yes, I want to see the word get out about Romney's cheating. However, this looks like a win-win situation for the MSM who are looking for ammunition to take Ron Paul's growing support down a notch or two.

Why couldn't this be done without making it look like a hit piece by angry Ron Paul supporters? Investigating all past straw polls won by Mitt Romney???? Who took the videos?
Probably Ron Paul supporters, right? The possibilities for the MSM scare me enough to where I am wary of making an issue of something most people who watched the last debate were probably barely aware of.

wont look good for republicans, but they endorse multiple voting,so let the chips fall where they may;)

Assuming this is true I would imagine a former FBI agent would know if this is legal or not illegal. I am going to assume he knows something that the rest of us don't know.

A former FBI agent who is an "ardent" supporter of Ron Paul. You can be sure the MSM would play that up more than your point. Don't get me wrong, I would love to see Romney exposed. However, I also fear the potential firestorm the MSM would drum up try to destroy Ron Paul and in the process causing potential supporters to support Huckabee instead as a safe alternative.

All I ask is that this be done carefully since Ron Paul has the most to lose from this.

Uhhhhh... I doubt this complaint will get anywhere. This wasn't a government election and it wasn't binding at all. It'd be like if someone cheated on a survey. Posting the video and popularizing it was good enough.

If nothing illegal was done, then this will be a short lived lawsuit. Lets wait for the actual filling and see which laws have been broken. The threat of retaliation is certainly one criminal charge that I know will stick.

It was a straw poll not an election, I don't see the difference between what they did and an online poll that some votes more than once in. It is a shame the Romney people did that but I understand that they have to cheat to make it appear he has supporters but I don't think it was criminal.

I think some people are really concerned about cheating in the GOP elections as well. This is one way to highlight the fact that these people do cheat.

This news is BIG. We sure are causing all kinds of trouble! I like it!

Ted Gunderson is a great man and we are lucky to have him on our side. He's been fighting the sickening crimes of these people for a long time. Everyone should go to his website and read the filth he fights for the American people and go to Google video's and watch his seminars.

They should be concerned, but this is a STRAW POLL. The local party can make up whatever stupid rules they want, and that includes multiple votes. Post the video, mock it, and move on. We have bigger fish to fry than this.

Mr. Gunderson is a 9/11 Truther. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but having the criminal complaint come from him might not bring the kind of media attention we want at this time.

IMO, it is better for the video evidence of the Romney guys voting multiple times to go viral and get to the media.

I'm concerned about potential blowback from this story. If both Romney supporters and a few Paul supporters voted more than once, then Romney can accuse our supporters of being criminals as well. Who was the first to vote multiple times is irrelevant to the fact that some Ron Paul supporters voted multiple times as well. If we call their supporters unscrupulous, they will fire right back at us and call our supporters unscrupulous and hypocritical. I don't think this lawsuit is a great idea. It diverts attention away from the issues.

OMG....are you really serious that a man with the creds Ted Gunderson has is irrelevant because he is a "truther"? Maybe people ought to wonder more about why this brilliant man is a truther instead of having your Pavlovian Dog responses to him being a "truther".
