Seems reasonable, definitely more time than Ron was getting. It also helps that Carson is literally asleep at the podium and the mods don't want to wake him up.

And the lack of opportunities to reply is probably a good thing because it was mostly just Cruz/Rubio going back and forth bashing on each other.

Works for me. I'm seeing many Carson supporters coming to Rand. I'm hoping that video which shows Carson endorsing Rand reaches more of his supporters... Odds of Carson endorsing Rand when he drops out? I wonder if he's been influenced on who to choose.

The only thing that seemed fishy is they started ignoring him about half way through. He spends his talk time very wisely too often not using all of it but only because he speaks efficiently like a doctor. It wasn't as long as the other debates too, so there was less time to go around.

I was glad they weren't going to him in that middle segment. That was when they rolled out the ambush videos. It would be difficult to make a video like that of Rand.

I think I noticed at least one missed opportunity for Rand to reply. Rand was very collected. Unlike others, he answered very concisely, did not interrupt, and finished pretty much in the timeframe.
