Cato's former director of defense policy studies Charles V. I believe it'll be difficult for any opposition to now say Ron is weak on defense.
 
Integrity - Don't be so quick to call anyone who knows "Defense" part of the military industrial complex. He's also from Cato, a decidedly libertarian organization. (although, some would argue one that's lost it's way at times) We need a strong defense, man. We just need it here at home. Pena is completely on board with that. Technology/weapons systems are a big part of it. We also need to get these weapons companies out of bed with government by dissallowing lobbying as soon as a contract is signed.
