For which Republican currently seeking the presidency would you vote in your state's primary election?
Choice Votes Percentage of 8494 Votes
U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback 210 2%
Former Virginia Gov. Jim Gilmore 31 0%
Former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani 1953 23%
Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee 149 2%
U.S. Rep. Duncan Hunter 508 6%
U.S. Sen. John McCain 1858 22%
U.S. Rep. Ron Paul 608 7%
Former Massachussetts Gov. Mitt Romney 923 11%
U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo 537 6%
Former Wisconsin Gov. Tommy Thompson 254 3%
None of the above 1463 17%

The good news is the front runners in this are McCain and Rudy, who are already in trouble as far as defending their views among the republican party base, and with the rest of America, go. And i guess it also shows that Massechusetts residents didn't like Romney that much as their governor. The fact that he is FORMER Governor and was beat out by Patrick Duvall, shows that Massechutsetts, who have the most knowledge and experience with Romney's leadership, does not find him fit to lead. Im guessing the rest just voted for Rudy or McCain due to name recognition. So i actually see the results of this poll as a good thing thus far.

Ron Paul right behind Mitt Romney. I'd say pretty accurate, and once there's more open debates on main stream television, I believe Rudy's rating will continually go down and I believe that Ron Paul will go up. If they want to cut people out of the debates, why don't they only keep the top 5 around?

I think its way to earky to cut anyone out. It will only help the establishment/special interest candidates and hurt those with grass roots support.

I accidently voted twice - 3x's actually. I almost hope we don't win that poll, then ti comes out that the McCain / Giuliani camps stuffed it

I have to give Giuliani props for saying what he believes, except he still tried to hide it somewhat inm the debate.
