To quote McCain, "I'd like to see some sunshine".
We ALL like sunshine!

To quote McCain, "I'd like to see some sunshine".

...
I'm curious: who in the PCC treated you that way?
...
Watching Bydlack trying to use ad-hom to avoid valid issues is more continuation of the same BS that created the wedge in the first place.
STANDING OVATION!

Transparency – who is on the staff, in what positions, an organizational chart, and a broken down accounting of where every penny was spent (including salaries) posted on at least a monthly basis.
An at least monthly report of the status of every project the CFL is working on as well as announced plans.
I'll ask if we have this available.
Those were the 2 types of slimjims that we provided. One was professional and double sided, the other was made by me: 3 one-sided slimjims per page.
I don't have the information on hand. I'll ask for a summary.
And by "sunshine" you really meant "sunlight"To quote McCain, "I'd like to see some sunshine".

As in Benton's mother in-law!?The board is:
Lori Paul Pyeatt, Jesse Benton, Deana Watts
I understand that John Tate has a seat on the board as President. He wants a new About section up as soon as possible. This comes next for me after FAQ is up.

Tones - you got stones!Well...it is pretty much as I expected. Ron Paul set up his granddaughter and grandson in law with a non profit so they can make a living. ok. i don't fault him for that...i just don't see anything "grassroots" going on. Just call it what it is, it's an income for his granddaughter and her friends. I would probably do the same thing for my family, but I would make them be honest about it so people can decide if that's what they really want to do. Who sez Benton is the best one for it? Maybe someone down the line is better. It is what it is and I'm glad to know. tones
Nice 2nd post.C4L is now self-funding...all those direct mail requests for donations have really paid off...they've raised several hundred thousand dollars...enough at least to pay the salaries of those on the payroll at C4L However I think we're going to see this all unravel come October when everyone's membership dues are up for renewal...I'm betting that only those who are appointed coordinators will renew their memberships.
I think a lot of people will look back over the last year and see that in a year there haven't been elections and there likely won't be any binding elections in the foreseeable future. They'll see that there are no bylaws for their state and national organizations, and that the national organization actually discourages the above. They'll see that although the people building the website are working very hard, the staffing there is just inadequate and the website we were promised has never materialized. They'll see that there are few useful tools in the precinct leader tools part of the website that they ponied up $35 to have access to. They'll see that the national organization never had any intentions of allowing state organizations any kind of substantial autonomy. They'll be left asking themselves "is this what I thought I was joining last year?"
I don't think there will be any change in leadership. You can see it by the attitude some at the national organization have. Andrew is the only one that I've seen try to answer any of the legitimate questions people have. The typical response is one of anger that you would even dare to ask any questions. They expect blind obedience even when their track record is one of broken promises and some outright lies.
Its sad really...a wonderful opportunity has been wasted.

All really good points which I totally agree with. I'm already asking myself if this is what I thought I joined.C4L is now self-funding...all those direct mail requests for donations have really paid off...they've raised several hundred thousand dollars...enough at least to pay the salaries of those on the payroll at C4L However I think we're going to see this all unravel come October when everyone's membership dues are up for renewal...I'm betting that only those who are appointed coordinators will renew their memberships.
