I find it funny that people would actually be scared and turn tail due to a "crowd" LOL in this forum... Just because they have different beliefs?

Hilarious might as well join the bachmann crew, plenty of bushes to hide in at her camp for sure!!!!

I don't think the fact that she used bushes for cover is nearly as damning as the fact that she's enough like certain Bushes for it to actually work...

We could maybe get some mileage out of this if someone good at Photoshop could arrange for her to peek out from behind someone in a Bush family photo.

where is the hostility? I didn't see anything going on in that video to scare anyone. That is the same mentality of being scared of people who open carry their pistols. Just because people are LOUD doesn't make that hostile even if they are not on your side.

the pictures show absolutely nothing - a shape behind a bush accompanied by unsubstantiated text and a picture of bachmann walking.

some people will believe anything.

I'd hide in a bush, too, if I had a bunch of noisy little squawkers trying to ambush me just so they could yell in my face and hurl insults in my direction. Some days, I just can't be bothered to interact with or confront people, let alone answer their stupid questions. Then again, I'm an introvert.

After a stressful week, these types of things can send a person tipping past the breaking point. They can really test a person's patience. It doesn't matter what the hostile mob in question plans to say or do to you. Wanting to escape is a completely natural reaction. Breathing room? Personal bubble? Claustrophobia? Fear of crowds?

This is why I would hate to be a politician.

Oh stop defending her and look at the pictures, of course she is hiding in the bushes, there's no way around it.

Also, I'd love to pick up some Bachmann supporters, but any of her supporters who want to defend her position on ending gay marriage, civil unions and domestic partnerships for gays WHILE keeping marriage as an available option for straight couples doesn't have a chance in hell of being a part of any freedom movement.

If these are raised bushes, then that dude standing next to her must be like 10 feet tall or has stilts on.

Here's another one.. again, all you have to do is look at the person standing next to them to tell that they are hiding in the bushes.

OMG.. you are ridiculous, just look at all the photos again. They show the guy she is standing next to with her, with her same clothes, then they show her behind the bushes, standing next to the same guy, with the same clothes, same hair. Then there's a third guy standing next to them both, and then they show her and the other guy kneeling behind the Bushes.

It is amazing the way your mind will twist what you want to see when you don't want to see it.

She has a white shirt, and light blue pants. She is CLEARLY kneeling behind the Bush. Then the guy with grayish hair who is standing in the first photo next to her, is later seen kneeling behind the Bush with her, you can tell because of their haircuts in that photo, but it is blatantly obvious who it is.

Why don't you want to believe that it is her when it so clearly is? I'm pretty sure a 5 year old would have no problem seeing what is going on in those photos.
