A leaked (and secret) court order and other documents reveal that the National Security Agency has been collecting phone records on millions of Americans for months at a time, spying on e-mail communications with the knowledge of large Internet providers and collecting a vast catalog of Americans' credit card transactions. Jim Harper, director of information policy studies at the Cato Institute, discusses the revelations.
This title is misleading. Who thought Cato was ever on Obama's side?
I agree on review, I am not upto date on institutes and mixed up Heritage with CATO.
uhh i dont think either cato or heritage has been on Obama's side. ever.

Great point Liberty. Couple of USB sticks these days can hold all the mata for whole America, what is all this capacity for.
I'll be surprised if neocon inc at Heritage opposes Obama's wars escalations and violent civil wars plots around the world.
im sure they will oppose what Obama is doing. After all, its only weapons. We need boots on the ground!
Huh? Heritage didn't like Obama either, as far as I know.
