I requested WSOC Charlotte play this a few months back, but I could tell by listening to the watered-down, whitebread fluff they call "country music" that there was no way in Hell it would be done.

You should really send the song to WIXE in nearby Monroe, NC though. They play the realest, honky-tonkin'est country around.

Okay, so I found the song on youtube and sat through it.

How does that change anything?

BTW, I'm no music expert, but think the song itself is lacking something. It's not the kind of thing that is going to catch on, it's more like some guy talking over music?

However, some good did come from this exercise. When the song ended, youtube recommended this video, which was far more entertaining (and had about 2.5 million more hits than the "song" video did):
