Candidate for Sheriff pledges to arrest IRS agents for trespassing

Could be your 30 second "Talking Points" to being elected. I wonder how the Sheriff would hold up against a army of IRS agents armed with those Assault shotguns and kevlar?

AnyHoo... the IRS is under the US Treasury, not the Federal Reserve... according to the swindlers in Washington DC. One thing for sure and Congress woman Michele Bachmann can back it up, since she was a tax lawyer... In THEIR OWN tax courts you are guilty until you prove yourself innocent.

The question her eis how does one keep any action out of a tax court and in the real ones?

He said that he will arrest IRS agents even if the courts rule against him. He has an armed populace to back him up.

Where is his county?

In TX?

I want to find out about the area. If this guy can be elected, then I would be very interested in living in his county.

North Eastern part of New Mexico. Population of only 30k per 2000 census.

Another idea: E-mail campaign to get Gary Johnson to endorse this guy?

Not really sure if Gary will, but he does hold some political clout in the state.

Wow...I don't know what to say. I think I'm getting an erection though. This man needs to become sheriff.

Well, I wrote to some friends on a private list because one lives in NM. These are some of the smartest people in the USA, and that is no exaggeration. Nonetheless, I was pretty saddened at the responses by two of my pals. The on in NM likened Giron unto a "loon" and Steve (a true genius) responded with a link to the Wesley Snipes case. Stupid me just had to respond, and below is that response that I include here for your information and perhaps some comments.

Well Steve, I'm not sure what your point is here. All I see is a confusion of the positive for the normative. We all know what they WILL do to you in such cases, but how is that relevant to the question of moral legitimacy? The IRS has its own courts. I'm sure you have heard of the tax courts, yes? That's where you enter the abode in a state of guilt until such time as you are able to prove yourself innocent. The ways in which people have defeated the IRS has been to have their cases heard outside of those courts. And they have been beaten before - quite notably in fact.

That Giron is declaring his refusal to uphold unconstitutional statute and the CRIMINAL actions that such allows for is something we should be supporting openly and with vigor. Calling him a loon and stepping away like cowards is not the proper response, except for those who perhaps enjoy the nicely polished manacles around their ankles. At some point one *must* decide on whose side they are on because there is no such thing as passively remaining on the sidelines to observe who comes out on top. The default position is to choose slavery, however pretty the powers that be may have made it. How well did the system that brought us Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Shrub, and Obammy work out for you? Not so well for me, I can say.

Recall the definition of insanity - doing the same thing over and over expecting different results. And consider right and wrong. They do exist and there is a very objective standard for judging it.

The time is upon us - every one of you, myself, and everyone else in this nation to ante up and choose on which side they stand. Yeah, I know it sounds hokey and corny, but that doesn't make it any less true. What do we want? What do we REALLY want? At this point if you want to be free you are going to have to fight for it, maybe even physically, sad to say. But is it not worth it? Or is the cage so much more appealing?

So many people talk a big talk about "freedom" yet they have little understanding of what it actually entails. Because of this, they clamor for and shriekingly demand not freedom, but pretty slavery. Pretty to them, that is, and each vision is slightly different from all the others. When the prospect of real freedom is placed before them, most shrink away precisely because what they really want is their pretty slavery, which is nothing more than the spoiled brat's desire to have his cake and eat it as well. That is what it all really boils down to - a merely childish demand for everything one wants without having to pay a thin dime for any of it. Well, the universe doesn't work that way.

And if one chooses the cage, at least they should be honest about it. If they so choose, that is their option and right, of course, but it is not their right to drag the rest of us along for the ride. That aside, to those who so choose I make one recommendation: examine the cage to which you appear so attached and compare its current condition with that of years past. Twenty and thirty years ago it may have been made of gold or at least electroplated. Well, if you have not noticed, the plate is worn off and the amenities provided therein not solely by your own choice, but largely and perhaps mostly by the deign of those who presume to master you have become noticeably less plentiful and of a lesser quality than they were before, at least for most. Then consider factors such as the economy and the very recent prognostications of the likes of Goldman Sachs who are now telling us very forthrightly that conditions stand to get a lot worse in the coming few years. Given their typically muted manner of expression, this is tantamount to openly telling us that we are all fucked. How's the cage looking now?

So when you choose, I suggest beforehand that you situate yourself alone in a quiet dimmed room, in a very comfortable chair. Have some very good drink at hand, preferably with some alcohol content, and think about what it is you really want. Take as much time as you require - hours, days, weeks if need be, because IMO it is the most important decision you will ever make, moving forward. You may think I overstate the case, but that is not even remotely so. If you understand what it means to be free, you will see that I speak very precisely and with unbreakable truth. The only tasks that remain to the individual is to grasp the real meaning of freedom (it's not all pretty and shiny, BTW - hint hint) and decide whether one wants to be free or a slave. It is that simple and plain. There is nothing more to it and there is nothing in your life that will ever likely be as difficult.

Have at it and choose. You may as well because if you fail, the choice will be made for you.

He is on the right track, as freedom will be restored one county at a time, starting in the rural low population density counties.

This is the scenario for which we are preparing,
