Can Any one make a short video to burn on a DVD?

Here's the deal, my name is Ivan Escarcega and I live in San Diego, CA. The purpose of this post is to find out if some one out there can help me out. I have a goal and I want to make it happen.

The plan is to have someone create a 20 min or maybe 30 min video that will get to the point and have enough information to get Ron Paul recognize on what his all about. Mr Paul is the only candidate that knows what he's talking about. He predicted a a lot of things that are happening today.

A format that I can burn on to a DVD would be great. I have a lot of DVD and I want to put them to use. Not only that, other Ron Paul supporters can also access the video and they can set something in there neighborhood, city or county.

They're relatively cheap in bulk, I bought 10 and have given a few to friends and family. Every one of them has now started leaning towards RP, or at least decided not to dismiss him, his ideas, or his supporters anymore (in the case of my parents).
