I meant a rolling ticker on the campaign site dude They get all the traffic. It's to encourage the visitors to donate. ~20,000 donations will raise ~$1,000,000 dollars. It's pretty easy. Post links to his site on Paul-friendly sites, they see the ticker, donate what they can. 20,000 donations over the span of 3 days is easy. Campaign, give us the tools!

Grassroots does what the campaign doesn't. Look at the super brochures and supervoter bomb. THAT is what we are capable of. We have programmers on this site that are capable of working something out for the grassroots to help promote. Put a month long push ticker on top of the heavily promoted teaparty11.com site. It's basic, a ticker creates excitement. We can link to it with all the grassroots sites. We can do it, and it will help.... so do it. Donate, then do it. Simple as that.

Is there somebody here that would know how to take the donation feed and create our own ticker that we can use to put at the top of the forums as well as on the Daily Paul. The ticker should say something like "The Iowa Push" and it needs to have a goal of filling up a $1,000,000 ticker. This can run up until the 16th, This will help to rally people on both websites to promote the push so we can raise the $1,000,000. We need a ticker made in order to do this though.

I'm sorry if the Tea Party moneybomb promoters are upset by this, but the fact is the campaign has been repeatedly asking for money NOW. We don't need 1 big day of donations. We used to do those as a way to get media attention and as a feel good measure. We need to get over that now and give them the money now, so they can WIN! I have gotten tons of letters from them in the regular mail and in email. To say they haven't been asking for money is quite disingenuous.

I've been repping everyone who has donated, so post your transaction receipts!

I have never said you should not donate. Donate whenever you can or will to.

You sure can miss the biggest points why we are having moneybombs.

1. Most of the people DON`T visit Ron Paul related sites! So with the promotion off a moneybomb we are trying to reach more and more potential donors and trying to encourage them to donate!

2. Even the campaign knows that the moneybombs bring in much more than they usually would get, that´s why they promote the moneybombs too!

3. Possible free media-coverage.

We can't get you that money without a ticker. We were aware of this problem a month ago, and requested an Iowa themed ticker to ride the enthusiasm after the good Iowa polls.

We need a ticker.
