Calling Colorado now with Phone from Home

Only 10 calls so far, people nice and only one voice mail so far with 3 surveys. Since there are only 4 candidates running its short and most the times people know the choices already.

They better have fixed the phone system because I already got a pissed off voter who doesn't want to hear about this anymore.

I put do not call but we all know what happens to people marked 'do not call' they get called....

I got one that has been polled a few times, the others have not. So I think the odds are low compared to the GOTV in other states. I got one that picked RP as a second choice and their most important issue was adherence to the constitution ;) so probably a future Paul convert.
 
I had a lady that is waiting for a "dark horse" to show up with a brokered convention. People are still very undecided about their choices.
 
I thought so too, then I decided what the hell and made some calls anyway.

Only got a few answers, but it's early so there's plenty of time. Lots of wrong numbers, though.
 
Being from Colorado, you're going to get a lot of really nice people. Most people are super nice.

Break down:


If you get Colorado Springs, they are as christian conservative as it gets...(for example, the documentary Jesus Camp was filmed in Colorado Springs)

Denver, Boulder and mountain towns will much more open minded to put it the best way I can...

But there are lots of environmental hippies ........

pretty spot on;) i would also add that jefferson county is in a culture war;) half are like co springs and half are like boulder/mtn towns. so hit and miss in that county.
 
I will be doing this later this morning (I'm on Pacific time)

I hope we all will, so Ron's strategy will be apparent after he does well in the caucuses. Right now everything from his fundraising to the enthusiasm here is dampened by not participating in FL but those people who said 'see you in 2 weeks' have the wrong plan. The whole point of his missing Florida is to give us a HEAD START on the caucus states while all but one of them are spending time in Florida for no gain (in delegates). Romney's organization is big enough that he will be multitasking, too, so we can't just 'wait for them to start too', and lose Ron the time advantage.
