I heard this and it made me sick how he treated the woman and Ron Paul. He actually came back after break and said RP should run for president to Iran.

What a piece of crap.

I usually don't have a lot of problem with Rush but this was his lowest monent for me.

Iran may not be the best place on earth, but to continually threaten them with economic sanctions, and war, threatening to kill their sons and daughters because America doesn't align ideologically with them, is the precise reason why Iran will step up hostilities towards the US at any chance they get.

America did this with the Taliban, ran propaganda smear against them, made them out to be a threat, refused recognition of their government, and in the words of al Qaeda, 9/11 was a preemptive strike as America was already gearing up for war, I'm inclined to believe that (with all the information out there regarding the natural gas pipelines they wanted to run through Afghanistan, and all of it's natural resources) -- then when 9/11 did happen, maybe if America treated the Taliban better they would have extradited those responsible, instead they got the middle finger.

I heard it, too. The caller was ON TARGET.

She said that PEOPLE LIKE HIM LIE ABOUT RP, and that she agreed with RUSH about RP's stance on 911, UNTIL SHE LOOKED AT RP'S WEBSITE. Great plug for the website, and great job dissing Rush.

Later in the show, I heard Rush dissing the "media" like George Steph., calling him a "political hack." What the hell does he think HE is?

There is hope. I used to listen to him for years (I'm still a subscriber to the website). After Obama was elected, he would just complain about Obama. I was interested in solutions though. I got fed up with the other candidates and finally broke down and decided to actually LISTEN to what Paul had to say. Sounds like this caller did the same thing.
