Bye bye blimp

I think its rude to ignore mentally challenged individuals; hence, my reply.

Well, I commend on you on your dedication to good manners, sir!

It's good to know that by your own stated principles, I can waste your time all day long by continuously replying to you.

The Blimp was cool at the time but the point of it, to get MSM attention, did NOT work. That was not the fault of the Blimp itself. I agree that the Blimp is done, we should move on and get boots on the ground above and beyond all else.

I don't think Anna Nicole Smith rising from the dead, running through the white house naked screaming that she came back to vote for Ron Paul would even get any MSM attention.

If it had been McCain's blimp... OMG, the news stories.

But actually, imagine if Obama had a blimp?

WOW, HOW CREATIVE !

Just picture the media falling all over each other to cover the blimp. The big finance (now supporting Obama) would have this thing flying 24 hours a day, with spotlights tracking it.

I think that the nascar sponsorship opportunity is a much better idea than the blimp. That really would get lots of attention, because the whole race they'd be like "and here comes the Ron Paul car..."

Thank you! I must say that I am dazzled by your grammatical skills demonstrated in the first sentence of your most recent reply.

blimp = biggest failure in grassroots history. there will be classes on the uselessness of gimmicks like the blimp are in a race. They should be left to selling tires..

Everyone is pissed off because of losing, but blaming the blimp backers is just wrong.

It got free national media exposure, not Florida, not South Carolina.

We could also say radio ads don't work and TV ads don't work and debate performances don't work and youtube videos don't work, because he hasn't done better than 10% anywhere except the one state where nobody but he and the frontrunner campaigned.

We have no reason to think the couple hundred $k on the blimp was spent any worse than the other $20 million.

Florida was always going to be a suck state for Ron with all the federal payouts they count on.

It's counterproductive to bash grassroots efforts, just contribute to the ones you think will work.

No more new antics for me. My cash is going to the campaign!

One more flight for the Blimp:

Flying across Florida: "You who voted for McCain:Kiss you social security and your grandchildren goodbye!! So long, suckers!"

Well drednot, the blimp didn't exactly help much where it needed, putting up grassroots' ads on tv and radio would have been better.
