Search for it in Ron's Wikipedia entry. There are some older threads on this -> forum search.

If you want to provide picture proof, it has to be a picture of Ron Paul sitting down having dinner with these type of people. No such picture exists because it never happened.

Most of the responses don't even believe the guy, and a lot of them claim that he is doing this to smear Ron Paul.

I also found this in the exact same thread: "There may be some confusion here between two restaurants in Arlington with similar names. I know for a fact that at different times in the past, both David Irving/AMREN and the National Alliance held several meetings at SALA THAI restaurant in Arlington. I don't know whether AMREN or other alleged "racist" organizations hold "regular" meetings at TARA THAI."

Also it should be noted that the Tara Thai restaurant that is referred here is a block (or so) away from a Ron Paul campaign HQ in in Arlington, VA.

AFAIK, no it does not, but rather there is another counter-balance to the digg count that will affect its levity to the frontpage or not.
