Brittany Murphy Dies of Pharmaceutical Overdose

TMZ is a reliable source now... oh good... thank God they're keeping us all informed and safe.

(we're doomed.)

Do you have peer-reviewed studies showing that global warming is not man-made? Do you remember climate-gate and how they were easily able to manipulate the peer-review process?

For people who use the case studies as an argument, if Colloidal Silver is not effective then why would the FDA need to block the Patents to stop any Case studies from being done?

Why would the FDA need to censor studies from Colloidal Silver in the first place?

Why would the FDA need to make up fake scientific studies like the pubmed article I sent?

Why would they ban it off the market when silver has been used for hundreds of years and in that same year 1999 they started pushing weaker antibiotics to replace colloidal silver?

Did you read the post right before yours?? At all?? And you're still willing to post this BS?

I didn't see anything on here that would prove that she is a tool of the pharm companies. I was trying to read evidence and make an opinion on this issue. Is that so wrong these days? To try to objectively listen to both sides and make my own decision? I suppose I should blindly follow every post on RPF. I don't even know what to think about this issue, and I was just trying to educate myself.

The reason I know colloidal silver is OK is because the other side is using deceptive techniques to trick people into making them think it is bad and that it will turn their skin colors. Once you realize this is BS, everything else falls into place.

Actually they found a ton of prescription in her bedroom. Case in point.

They probably found knives in her kitchen, too :)

I'm sure the fact she was ill could not have possibly had anything to do with her death, and it's 100% a case of overdose, but I don't really see what you're basing it on... other than TMZ saying so, and her having the opportunity to abuse prescriptions.

If she'd died wearing a "Ron Paul 2008" shirt, they'd probably have mentioned that she was part of a radical group of fringe kooks, knowing TMZ. It's scuzzy, bottom of the barrel "reporting." They're my least favorite tabloid.

Colloidal silver works. Argyria is real, and can result. Argryia happens because the silver molecules in some formulations of colloidal silver are too large and get caught in the capillaries in the skin and are thus exposed to sunlight, at which point they photoreact. If you use coloidal silver with very small molecule size (monomolecular or duo-molecular silver ions, for instance) then you have nothinh to fear from Argyria. Save the giant molecule (homemade) stuff to soak your socks in and let them dry before wearing. This will save you lots of grief if you ever have to tromp around in the woods for weeks at a time.

I agree.

That information was taken by TMZ who is a reliable source they tend to find out info before anyone else.

I'll give you that, but they're simply not always right. A simple google search proves my point. Until it's verified by a legitimate source, it's just a rumor.

And I won't be surprised if this rumor is correct, because obviously she was taking lots of prescriptions. (Which pisses me off, because I am not a drug addict, I am allergic to NSAIDs - my last allergic reaction almost killed me - and I still can't get prescriptions for narcotics for pain.)

But my point remains the same - the article is citing rumor as fact.

Well education is good, but there was already information posted about how argyria was caused by severe overdosing.

You can overdose on Tylenol and aspirin, that doesn't mean that taking one or two for a headache or fever every so often is going to do any harm.

All of this anti-colloidal silver stuff is so obviously deceptive to the point where it can be assumed that they are trying to hide something.

If she had THAT many drugs in her system she was using how can that not be attributed to her death? That is not safe by any means. She is 32 years old is that normal to have a heart attack? If you want to look at what these drugs do check out this link. She combined several drugs that interact with each other and can lead to cardiac arrest. The proof is right here in this warning about combining anti-depressants which she had as a prescription.

It's clear she was abusing them if she had that many. Noone needs that many prescription drugs.

and obviously even less to do with the fact that she had prescriptions in her possession. :D

It sort of blows a hole in the libertarian philosophy that drug companies wouldn't want to kill their patients, doesn't it?

LOL! I see you've never had any chronic illness. Good for you.

True. I have 2 incurable rare diseases and pharmaceuticals are helping to keep me alive.

(Though they just deal with symptomology and are off label since there is no profit in coming up with treatments for rare diseases.)

And

"Of all tyrannies a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victim may be the most oppressive. It may be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron’s cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience."

*rattles her little pill bottle*

I take three pills with lunch, and three with dinner :D

Of course, one of them is a cinnamon pill, and another is milk thistle. Amazing stuff. Milk thistle is great for liver issues. Cinnamon can assist with blood sugar issues bigtime.

Actually far from it, I have tinidus, fibromyalgia and a hypothalamus brain injury. I dabbled with prescriptions realized they were pointless they lowered my immune system and they were ineffective. They never fixed the problems.

In fact, Paxil caused my fibromyalgia symptoms to start with after I took it for anxiety.

If I knew what I knew now about all the medical knowledge I never would have taken prescriptions and I wouldn't have had to lose years of working at a job because of it. I would have stuck to things like glutathione and colloidal silver which are far more effective then putting that ENTIRE prescription list together.

What is your 'incurable' diseases that you speak of?

Most diseases, honestly, are incurable. I am of the opinion that common treatments are often worse than the cures, but it's up to each of us to decide where to draw the line ^^

I hope you're doing well.
