If we import the third world we get third world problems,” British independent MEP Janice Atkinson told Hungarian daily Magyar Hirlap, adding that “rapes, gang rape, violent crime have increased exponentially and that our prisons are proportionally overburdened with foreign criminals in comparison to the citizens of our states”.

According to the vice-chair of the European Parliament’s Europe of Freedom and Nations (ENF) group Europe has to close all its borders:

“We have to close our individual nation state borders, abandon the failed ideological policy of Schengen, close the EU’s external borders and start speeding up the extradition of migrants, as Salvini is doing in Italy.”

Asked about how political correctness prevents UK authorities from acting, she said:

“Our failed open doors migration policies have continued where we have let people in whose backgrounds were not rigorously checked and when we do charge them with crimes we are not allowed to deport them because our own judges or the European Court of Human Rights overrules our sovereign courts.

This has happened with terrorists, hate preachers, those encouraging terrorism and the mainly Muslim Pakistani rape gang members who have groomed tens of thousands of young, vulnerable girls.”

According to Atkinson, Brexit can change things but it depends on the deal they finally get.

“If this government doesn’t strike a deal with the EU that means choosing the EU nationals we want and need for our economy rather than allowing anyone to travel for work, then there will be no change,” she explained.

Mr Farage said yesterday: “It looks very bad – it couldn’t look worse and I’m astonished by it. I spoke to [Ms Atkinson] after midnight and she said it was all to do with bills and fundraising. I was, frankly, confused by it all. I simply couldn’t believe it – how on earth could anyone think they could behave like this?” Ms Atkinson faces a Ukip disciplinary hearing next week.

In a grim 24 hours for Ukip, the party suspended a second candidate following an “alleged incident in the workplace”. Stephen Howd, 49, a barrister, was representing Ukip in Scunthorpe.

A third, Jonathan Stanley standing in Westmorland and Lonsdale, resigned and accused Ukip of bullying.

Since 2010 the party has suspended at least 19 councillors, 14 parliamentary candidates, a national secretary, its youth leader, one spokesperson, its Scotland chair, an entire local branch, three MEPs and a local committee.

Have they soared? Or just fear-mongering? Don't worry- a bigger police state will protect you.

Number of rape charges at lowest level for 10 years

The number of people charged with rape in England and Wales has fallen to its lowest level in a decade.

Crown Prosecution Service data shows 2,800 suspects investigated for rape in 2017/18 were later charged - a 23.1% decline compared with 2016/17.

Alison Saunders, director of public prosecutions at the CPS, said offenders were being brought to justice "wherever possible".

Do More Immigrants Mean More Crime?

The present article considers the crime rates in the areas of the UK with the highest concentrations of first-generation immigrants. The areas were gathered using census data and crime rates from police recorded statistics. The first-generation immigrants were categorised by their area of origin: Europe, Africa and Asia. Quantitative analysis showed that the areas containing the highest concentration of first-generation immigrants saw a drop in crime compared to the areas with the second highest concentration. Results also showed that certain immigrant groups combined in high concentrations make for lower crime rates. Such findings suggest that there may be a cultural aspect at play, and begs further research.

The crimes Krasner said he was not going to go after: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Larry_Krasner

In February 2018, Krasner announced that law enforcement would no longer pursue criminal charges against those caught with marijuana possession.[24] That same month, Krasner instructed prosecutors to stop seeking cash bail for those 'accused of some misdemeanors and nonviolent felonies.[25] Krasner said that it was unfair to keep people in detention simply because they could not afford bail.[25] He also announced that the DA's office had filed a lawsuit against a number of pharmaceutical companies for their role in the city's opioid epidemic.[24] Krasner instructed prosecutors to stop charging sex workers who had fewer than three crime convictions.

Homicides would be up to the police department, not the District Attorney who only prosecutes them.

Homicides in Philadelphia are up once again. But overall violent crime is down -- and city officials say that shows the city is actually safer.

As of Wednesday, there were 68 reported homicides in Philadelphia this year, seven more than at this time in 2018 and up about 19 percent from this time in 2016. The city is now on track to exceed the 351 homicides that happened last year — which was more than a decade-long high.

The rise has been largely attributed by various city officials, including Mayor Jim Kenney, to drug-related crimes as the city grapples with the opioid epidemic.

Last year, the total number of violent crimes was down 5 percent from the year prior, and 2017's overall violent crime rate was 3 percent lower than in 2016.

District Attorney Spokesman Ben Waxman says those numbers suggest that despite the current homicide rate, the city is actually safer under Krasner's policies.

UK police are just too busy arresting people for posting naughty opinions on the internet to investigate things like rape.

A staggering rise in online hate crime, as people are attacked over Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites, has led to a gigantic leap in arrests in Britain.

British police are arresting nine people per day for attacks on the internet as they attempt to clamp down on hate speech online.
ouble in a year

In some areas, this is up almost 900 percent from 2014.

The number of people detained for alleged attacks over the internet has rocketed in two years as social media allows users to verbally attack others.
