Edit: I have to agree with him on international law though. International law is only to keep the powerful powerful. Chemical weapons are cheap, and easy to use. Their usage on both sides would be an equalizer, thus they must be banned. The only acceptable means to kill a human being are the means by which the USA has a wide advantage.
