That means we need to get all the "At large" delegates in there as we can, the guaranteed seats are for the other front runners. Most of Ron Pauls are "at Large" and need to be voted in.

Ron Paul has the most overall delegates, 299, all but eight filed for at-large seats. Of those, only 46 are uncontested.

These will be voted online and some counties will have traditional county convention to determine the delegate to go but it will be calculated by 1/2 online vote and 1/2 convention vote. How is that calculated?

so im not sure here, could you guys explain to me hwo WV works ? im not sure on the whole primary process do they elect the delegates then they vote for the candidate or is it like most states where they have the direct election to vote for the candidate they want?
