Saif al-Islam is the one we've seen on TV rambling. He was thought to be the sanest of the Gaddafi sons until recently.

There is money to be made. How else can you justify an invasion to your investors if there isn't a profit incentive. It's just like a company, you can't justify a company merger if you can't show the profit to others. However, in this case human beings are destroyed in the process. Plus a business transaction between two companies is always voluntary.

Everyone in America should feel sick to their stomachs. This is what promotes terrorism. This will only be seen by the Muslim world as the slaughter of innocent children. There will be blowback.

And that blowback will create new justifications for new wars which will only create more wars. It's a vicious and bloody circle.
 
I'm wondering if fighting a country like Libya will lead to any kind of conventional strike instead of just a bomb vest. I mean look at all the weapons the rebels are now running around with.

I don't see them being able to hit the nation but I wonder if they can try to hit a NATO ship.
 
The world needs Ron Paul now more than ever. If this continues a noninterventionist foreign policy will be impossible.
