Brainstorm on how to achieve legal action against McCain and all non RP delegates

It would seem that there are much simpler means to destroy the Republican party than going through the motions of a rump convention if that is indeed your objective. What you're proposing is like sending more watts to a lightbulb in the hopes that the bulb burns out rather than just going over and flipping a switch to turn it off. I'm not suggesting that your goals are necessarily wrong, but the methods seem inefficient and prone to failure.

A counter-coup. To reclaim what was rightfully the party of people who believed in small government and personal liberty.
the party of abolition of slavery....for all.
To "Act" in line with those who are taking this ship in the opposition direction is wrong and does nothing to furthur our goals of a constitutional republic. These pirates we are facing are taking us to slavery.
Good luck gaining your liberties when your living in the future USA governed by the same powers that be many years into this "war on terror".

I have been pondering all the criminal activities that have occured this election. The broadcasting networks breaking lots of FCC rules, the mishandling of polls, the intentional misinformation fed to voters, the lack of the information available to the public regarding where and when they may vote and for whom.

I wonder how they plan to slide McCain off the FEC hook.

The campaign has lots of legitimate claims it can take to court. But if they were to do so right now, wouldn't it appear to be "just a bunch of sour grapes". It would take money and time to fight these things in court. I feel we need to concentrate our efforts on getting RP the nomination and election and THEN sue the pants off of them.

Just as a note of interest, the New York Times under politics, has listed the delegates for each state and who won them.............Louisiana.....47 delegates will be determined when more complete results are available...LOL
