Ron Paul is the only GOP candidate that stands against usurping of our liberties and starting pre-emptive wars in foreign countries that neocons and other groups have been lobbying for. He has taken on some powerful lobbies and special interest groups that have corrupted current political system in America and stand to lose big if Ron Paul wins.

We should expect more smear attacks from anti Paul machine on Ron Paul as his campaign further gains strength. In a way it's a good sign but people should be aware and be prepared to deal judisciously with mudslinging and attacks from neocons and their media cohorts as they get their marching orders. At the same time, we should spend most of our energies and time on introducing more and more Americans to great message of freedom and hope.

More of these attacks would be coming from CNN / Times media family than traditional conservative sources.

Consider the tactic used by Tucker Carlson to get the 'Brothel Owner" thing published worldwide, so that papers that never mention Ron Paul can put a one paragraph dismissal into print, convincing a good percentage of their readers to ignore any campaign literature they get. The attack was weak but the damage can be large. He just showed up with the hookers at a news conference, surprising everyone. It was that simple!

Now consider that the attacks in the mainstream media are directed at supporters - Nazis, loonies, nasty blog attackers, etc.

And think about how easily kind of nasty stunt like that could be pulled on one of us - once the slimeballs that get paid millions to do this kind of stuff concentrate their efforts on us.

Scary thought.

Since you know you can't stop them and since you know that they will do it regardless of what Ron Paul says or does, why are you still worrying about it day after day?

Go out, talk to at least one new person a day. Give them the information and let them figure it out. You give the MSM too much credit and the voter too little.

This is backfiring on them, big time.

Things will get much harsher after he wins the nomination. Go hand out Slim Jims so that the first thing people see isn't negative.
