Im a medical student interested in leadership. Are there any good books from a libertarian point of view?

I don't know about from a libertarian poitn of view, but the Navy probably has a lot of great books on the subject.

From a libertarian point of view? Hrm...that nixes The Prince I suppose. ;) What kind of leadership are you talking about, context-wise? Are you talking more about business leadership, team leadership, or leadership as it relates to politics and government? I imagine that in the first two cases, leadership books should be pretty neutral politically, unless they advocate ruling over your business/team with an iron fist and a Zulu warhammer or something.
