It boils down to a simple question. If the backpack is black then there are killers still on the loose.

Bombshell: Tsarnaev Prosecution Exhibit Shows Backpack Different Color as One Tsarnaev Carried

High quality image files from just-posted evidence exhibits in the Tsarnaev trial by the US Department of Justice show conclusively that the backpack carried by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in a surveillance video, and the one said to contain the bomb which killed eight-year-old Richard Martin, do not remotely match in color. The US Department of Justice exhibits show that one is black and the other is white.

A full set of the exhibits shown in court was posted on April 6, 2015. On day 2 of the trial, a 2.7 megabyte image Exhibit 29, labeled "exh_29.pdf," shows that the full frontal panel of the backpack near Richard Martin is black, which is how the prosecution initially described both backpacks used to carry the bombs. But in surveillance videos of the brothers on that day, the pack carried by Dzhokhar is white with black trim, including the frontal panel.

A close examination of the backpack is made possible by the extremely high resolution of the images, which can be zoomed in on by any user viewing the image at justice.gov.

In the indictment dated June 27, 2013, the prosecution in the Tsarnaev trial said:
"The IEDs that exploded at the Marathon were constructed from pressure cookers, low explosive powder, shrapnel, adhesive, and other materials. They were concealed inside black backpacks."
The major media, which has not taken note of the discrepancy, has reported that the jury has gone into deliberations after the Tsarnaev defense team told the jury "it was him." No cross-examination of the evidence was made by the defense.

Note that the backpack is not the dark object behind the woman with sunglasses and shorts on smiling towards the camera (that dark object is a tree). It is on the ground directly below Tsarnaev between the other two women- the one in dark blue sweats looking to our left and the other girl with sunglasses and red and black sneakers. Yes, it does look like the one he was carrying.

It is the same backpack. The top part of the pack looks whiter than the bottom because it is exposed to the sun. You can see the direction of the sun by looking at the faces of the people around. The sun light is streaming in from the left/upper left. Because the "front" of the backpack is not facing the sun it appears darker. If you don't believe the lack of sun can change the color that much, simply look at the runners leg in the bottom of exhibit 29. The rear portion of his leg is exposed to sun while the front portion of his leg is not. The color difference between the two sides is dramatic. Yes, it is the same bag.

What I want to know is why the same defense attorney is always appointed to represent the defendants in these types of cases.

Go look at Judy Clarke's resume'. Stinks to high heaven.

Note that you are pushing disinformation per usual. Nobody claimed it was the object behind the woman with the sunglasses. The object between the other two women is darker than Tsarnaev's backpack.

Side note, Tsarnaev's lawyer was a POS for not pushing this.

I knew some shill would try to push this one. Right, in the shade "white looks black." But guess what? No matter how people have been dumbed down, propagandized, had smoke blown up their ass, we still know what any five year old knows. The difference between black and white. It is now very simple. If the backpack is black, there are killers still on the loose, and shills covering for them.

are there any other pictures of the hispanic guy with the black backpack?

You mean this guy?

A couple of websites were red-hot with websleuthing and people running down pictures of possible perpetrators, until the FBI announced that it had its guy and threw up pictures of Dzhokhar and Tamerlan, asking the public for help identifying them EVEN THOUGH THE FBI HAD ALREADY INTERVIEWED TAM AND PUT HIM ON A TERROR WATCH LIST. Then the FBI lets him go to Chechnya and says it knew nothing about this, even though a congressional report says the Moscow FBI office was eavesdropping on him while he was there.

A point of interest is the Marathon seemed to be lousy with mercenaries that day doing "security," sporting the Craft International logo on their caps...more: http://dissidentvoice.org/2013/05/b...tory-is-true-but-facts-point-to-a-false-flag/

Yep. The appointment of this cretin guaranteed there would be no defense of the charges. What a sham. Not what happens when the prosecution has a solid case.

These jokers are so naive.

Think about that sentence for a moment. ;)

It's one of those reversible backpacks that you can fold in on itself to change colors.

Next.

Chris Kyle died shortly before this didnt he? And thats his company, fucking creepy

They were actually National Guard personnel. http://jobs.nationalguard.com/ngb/blog/tag/1st-civil-support-team/

The 79th Troop Command, Massachusetts National Guard, supervised and planned the Guard’s efforts to coordinate with local, state, regional, and federal partners to support the Boston Athletic Association as it continues to carry on the world’s oldest marathon.

This year’s race was categorized as a National Special Security Event by the Department of Homeland Security because of the 2013 bombings that killed three people and injured more than 250 people.

A significant change in the Guard’s security strategy this year was that all security personnel were armed military police or security forces specialists. During previous marathons, Guard members were unarmed while supporting the event. The National Guard Civil Support Teams that advise and help first responders to detect chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive weapons also were armed.

Maj. Gen. L. Scott Rice, adjutant general of the Massachusetts National Guard, said, “We were well-prepared to provide medical and security support to our civil authorities and communities, enhancing safety for the 2014 Boston Marathon. Our National Guard Soldiers and Airmen are proud to have been an integral part of this historic race and our nation’s ‘Boston Strong’ spirit of competition, compassion, and community.”

Their back packs may have held medical equipment.

Some of them wearing their CST vests:

Since the Boston Marathon is so huge, the National Guard plays a significant role, and at the Boston Marathon there were several hundred national guardsman on duty that day, including small factions of the WMD CST. When the bombing happened, of course they were there to spring into action and help. There job isn’t to be first responders, their jobs are to find out what’s going on, and see if there is additional threats. That is what they were doing there. There is actually WMD CST teams all over the U.S. for each state.
