Did everyone catch the crowd volume levels when this question went around?

At the start, you could hear "crowd hiss" and various reactions to answers.

However, at RPs answer there was NO SOUND at the answer - no hiss, no applause, no shock...

I believe the sound pickups (microphones) were muted...

And I think this because after the next question, you could hear noise again...

Plus they made an announcement for crowd volume control...

Did RP knock one out of the park with a homerun answer and get silenced by MSNBC?

Did anyone else catch this? Was anyone there who recorded the real response?

I'm watching it online and the volume wasn't cut, there was a huge roar of applause from the crowd after Ron answered.

part of RP's campaign problem is that he is viewed as the smart kid in the class (an uncool egghead)

however, if everyone agrees and the volume is there then he's "normal" and trustworthy because he's "an ordinary joe"

This was a great answer imo. He talked about the Iraq invasion as a goal back in 1998, under a different administration. That approach gave borderline Republicans an "excuse" to not support the war as heavily.

they have switched frequencies or something... cause now huck and RP have a tembling echo on their voices which make them sound "shrieky"

and when mitt got a question about reagan i clearly heard a ghost whisper "raise taxes"

Watching on TV as well, that was the best/loudest reaction of the crowd to anyone all night....ya'll need to tune in your tin foil hats, maybe switch to copper?
