Blimp on Charleston News Tonight

[Blimp Media Coordinator]

The blimp will be featured on the 11pm broadcast of the WCSC (CBS) news tonight as reporter Sheldon Duntes came out and interviewed Elijah and supporters. Also, a WCIV (ABC) cameraman took a ride with us so look for us on there as well.

If someone can tape them and get it online we would appreciate it. Let us know if you do.

Are there any plans for the Blimp to come to Vegas?

The local news is eating up any political coverege over here since most Republicans are ignoring us right now. Not to mention the amount of foot traffic on the strip.

I missed it today was out pushing our man in the north area!! But i did get quite a few calls from some friends letting me know that there was a "huge Ron Paul blimp downtown!!"

Is it doing any rounds in the north charleston area tomorrow?

Sanyo had a blimp above the strip for CES so I imagine its totally possible.

On the News

Channel 4 news showed a picture of the blimp and said it was in Charleston. Channel 5 showed the blimp in the air and interviewed Elijah. He explained the cost and said it was being supported by grassroots supporters independent of the campaign. He got good response from the anchors when the interview was over.

Was Jack Hunter aka Southern Avenger there? He's the biggest on air supporter here in charleston also on WTMA.

If he was there I didn't recognize him. He was on Richard Todd's show when I called that show so I know he knew about it.
