Blimp Message

Yeah, it should have either Constitution or Freedom or Liberty on there. Something which distinguishes him. Maybe soemthing like "Restore the Constitution"?

I think "Who is Ron Paul" will look a bit ridicolous till the end of the campaign, at least if we're successful, kind of like hillary clinton whould advertise "Who is Hillary Clinton?", but whatever. it says ron paul and it's a huge blimp, fine :)

Hey, did you guys know that the Patriots are playing a home game on the 16th? Can we get the blimp to fly over that game?!

Please include the word 'Freedom'. I think many unlikely voters will get intrigued by that word.

Sorry folks... the design contest has ended and the final designs are already in production.

Don't use "Google Ron Paul" (unless Google picks up the check). A lot of people don't know what Google is.

I agree. Its too Ayn Randy and it doesn't exude the kind of confidence that a real revolution requires. The Blimp is not Humble!

The Ron Paul R3voLution side is fine. The other side should be confident and positive. Maybe:

"Ron Paul President" on top and
"Sound Money & Peace" on the bottom

The MESSAGE is what THIS is all about. Stop the presses! Re-design Side 2.

The Ron Paul Revolution side looks too much like a bomb. Oh well, I guess it's too late.

By the way, all sorts of people have mentioned to me and my wife that they've seen some of the many Ron Paul Revolution signs around town and they ask us "Who/What is Ron Paul? a new band?

Its time to answer the question! The blimp should provide answers: Ron Paul PRESIDENT! No more questions please.

i think they cannot specifically endorse a candidate, which is why it has no mention of the official website or stating he is for president. If it did there would be alot more issues and make everything alot more hard.

In the PBS radio interview I heard with Tucker Carlson, he said that at all of the RP rallies that he'd witnessed, the lines that get the biggest cheers from RP's fans are his calls to abolish the central bank.

One of my criticisms of RPs message is that its often delivered from the negative/abolish point of view instead of a more positive approach. Hence, I suggest :

Ron Paul President on side 1
Sound Money & Peace on side 2

The money will roll in if you re-design it like this. Of course a big Ron Paul stencil head on the front would be great too.

do you guys not at all read the posts in a thread before posting yourself?
the artwork is in production as it is.

I can't believe we're still putting 'who is Ron Paul' out there a month before the primaries. It just makes him look like a loser kook that no one has ever heard of ... where's "the champion of the constitution" or "restoring constitutional government" ? Let's be confident and presidential if not informative.

That being said, I'm thrilled to see this being put together. Just the free media alone should more than pay for the blimp.

Yes, that's why I said "stop the presses". It will be well worth it in the long run as far as inspiring donations--whatever the cost in a few days and money. And it will be well worth getting a decent message out.

I'd say we get this thing in the air as soon as possible and possibly change the message later.
I mean, noone would want to fly a blimp with "who's ron paul" around when he's won the nomination.
for now it's fine.
if we really do well in the first primaries the costs of changing one side of the blimp shouldn't be a problem.

Well you better be there when it passes over with you identical clothing so you can answer that question. And only large letters can be seen at a distance so small lettering is useless.
