See? We all can get along!
1. Boil those ribs for about 20 minutes to get rid of the excess fat.
2. Put aluminum foil on a cookie sheet and some parchment over the foil to prevent the ribs from sticking.
3. Rub a few drops of Liquid Smoke all over with your hand [careful, the ribs be hot!].
4. Cover very generously with your home made rub. I make mine with garlic, paprika, sea salt, cayenne pepper and cumin. On rare occasion I might add a little bit of rosemary.
5. Seal the aluminum foil to keep the moisture in.
6. Bake at 225 for 4 hours.
Eat them dry or with BBQ sauce, either way is great

I just threw them into the oven about 20 minutes ago so they won't be done for a while
