I posted my first post discussing the rates, and rates are what matters, I'm going to be far more concerned if I'm at the beach and a shrak shows up than if I'm on a farm and there's a cow.

Thank you for pointing that out! The racists don't really care about statistics. Case in point the per capita crime rate in Springfield Ohio went DOWN after 20,000 Haitians moved in. The murder rate in Birmingham Alabama went DOWN by 56% after the white police chief was replaced by a black police chief. But the racists will then say "The statistics are being manipulated."
