Doesn't fit "Just War" doctrine."
I believe if the Pope genuinely wanted to put a stop to this war nonsence, he would be much more public about it and not just a footnote to pay lip sevice in the news.
Here is a man of supposed great power who should be out there daily with his no more wars campaign. He should be talking at least to the Catholic voters in America. A few words in one speech hardly merits a second thought by most people.
I do not believe he really cares about this issue. I believe he is a poor excuse for a religious leader as have been many other Popes. Theirs is just another kind of "kingship" in a city called the Vatican filled with riches. How is this an example of doing good in the world?
