Talk about blatant buying of an election....
Is this even legal? Sheldon is a foreigner - he may have dual citizenship, and owns newspapers in Israel.
Since dual citizenship is a new concept, I don't think the laws about foreign contributions have been tested, but this might be the straw that tests them.
He was born here though, how is he a foreigner?
Traditional law, you give up your citizenship when you become a citizen of another country. They've been overlooking that in recent years, but I doubt a serious court case has been made about it. This would be one.
Koch is a corporatist with a guy on the Fed board who therefor doesn't mind it at all. I think he backs Ron only if he thinks Ron is winning.
However, if he got the nomination, Koch might to some extent. Not 100 million.

The system is now conditioned to allow for most anything, and if one has the financial backing to challenge what occurs, they might have a day in court that allows for the repeal of what has already happened ... The problem is, it's already happened. Is this even legal? Sheldon is a foreigner - he may have dual citizenship, and owns newspapers in Israel.
