There's a great billboard space currently available in Manchester, NH atop Murphy's Taproom. It's a popular bar right across the street from the largest sports arena in the state. The billboard goes for $1,200 per month but inside sources say the guy is willing to go down to $800 per month for Ron Paul. The phone number is 603-669-6194.

I don't have the time to set this up, but I figure a billboard is NH at that price with that exposure is worth the money if somebody has the drive to arrange things (I think you'd get enough donations via chip-in if you advertised it on the boards enough).

I propose this as an FSP project, since it seems to be their bar of choice.

I'm a FSP media rep for NH and I can tell you that is not allowed. The FSP neither endorses nor opposes candidates or bills.

That's squarely a NH RP Grassroots thing. - Of course, the spot iteself is PRIME!!!!!! It is basically diagonally across from the civic center, in one of the most trafficed area in NH's largest city.

Ok, here is my story.
I am an expatriot who left U.S. 3 years ago because i didnt like the way things were going.
Never planned to return because as i watched things happen, i knew it was going to get worse.
Then Dr. Ron Paul happened. Ive never been this excited in all my life for my countrys future. There actually is hope! Ive participated in the Nov 5th and will participate in Dec 16th.

Im going to go out on a limb here and will contribute 400 dollars (half months rent for the board) if someone is willing to organize this.
come on people! lets do this! (for our COUNTRY!)

Come on guys DrRich has generously offered 400.00 towards this billboard in New Hampshire. Let's get the ball rolling and come up with the remaining 400.00 required!

This is a great, great location. With the arena and the hotels having conventions of all types at all times, it would be seen by a lot of voters.

I'll pledge $100 to this project if someone wants to organize it.

Woah, woah, we're getting a little ahead of ourselves. I AM the bar owner, but I do not own the building, nor the billboards that sit atop it. I know the asking price of the billboard is $1200 per month, but I am on good terms with the landlord and I believe I could probably talk them down to $800 per month.

That is not a commitment, that's a hunch.

However, it may be a moot point, because as of right now both billboards are already rented to other advertisers. However, I could call and find out when the current leases expire. It may be a month-to-month thing, which means we could get it as soon as Dec. 1, or it may rented through the new year. Please advise if you'd like me to do this.

There is another billboard a little down the road from Murphy's that currently reads that it can be rented for $800/month. May want to look into that one. I will try to get down there tomorrow night after work to grab more info.
