February 05, 2019

Former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld is mulling running for president and has taken a step toward challenging President Trump for the Republican nomination in 2020, according to a report.

Weld, 73, has changed his party registration in the Bay State from Libertarian back to Republican, according to the Associated Press.

A former Republican governor during the 1990s in the strongly blue state, Weld was running mate to 2016 Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson.

Please go away already...haven't you done enough damage for fuck's sake?

Some people that know him and respect him say that he's not done with the philosophy, just the party. I am not sure I believe it, but that's just what I heard.

Well considering he's never done anything with the philosophy, he has only done things to the philosophy, that's not very reassuring.

Let's be honest. Like Bob Barr, he never stopped serving the interests of the GOP throughout his tenure in the LP.

Severely conservative Massholes

Severely Conservative GOP voters proved their love for Masshole governors in '12, so Bill Weld has a good shot.
