Biggest adversary at SRLC : Romney or Palin

Who do you think could be the most important or detrimental adversary for Ron Paul 2012 at the SRLC Convention in New Orleans -
in terms of either organization or straw poll support, as well as message, etc.

Would it be Mitt Romney - or newcomer teaocon Sarah Palin - or even some sleeper like Newt Gingrich or . . . ?

Just don't be surprised if some of the wise, old - or young - sages here at RPF differ though.

Hopefully the straw poll will be split several different ways between the following

Jindal (from LA)
Romney
Newt
Palin
Pawlenty
Haley Barbour (from MS)
Rick Santorum
Rick Perry (from TX)
Bob Riley (from AL)
Huckabee?


Jindal, Perry, Riley, and Haley are all very local. That means they will be bringing out the people. Between Newt and Romney they will cancel each other out. Huckabee will bring the Christian crowd.


Therefore I am thinking it might not be very hard at all with a very focused effort to take the poll. The ballot will be divided so many different ways that RP/CFL might be the largest single faction at the event.
