Big sign on Baseline RD needs repair

Whoever put up the giant Ron Paul sign on Baseline road at around the 2600 block, the ties on one side have torn through so it's hanging to the fence only on one side. I'd fix it, but I don't have any tape or plastic zip tie things.

It would have been awesome if it was the OTHER side that was still attached, then we could swing it out like a billboard to face the traffic sitting at the light!
