Not even close. It seems that every poll I see like this paul is winning including CPAC. Yet.....Fox and CNN will continue to claim "he is not electable". The media is owned by the same entities and people that are scared to death of ron paul. As long as he continues to win polls the more they will bash him. This is the main reason I have completely stopped watch all MSM except for stossel and freedom watch.

Both of them are strongly backed by Military Industrial Complex and AIPAC (i.e. the heart and soul and the establishment) and they are considered as 'outsiders'?

Palin is probably more like an "honorary" outsider because of the way she gets zeroed in on by the media. Yeah she has made some dumb remarks, but so has Obama. The media doesn't pound Obama about his slipups and displays of ignorance.
