As far as I know Oregon never had slaves. If this bill were to pass, what they will have is every black in America moving to Oregon.
This is also not limited to one state. Congress itself has jumped into the action and some WH officials have said if Congress doesn't do it, then they are going to do it directly.

So anti-racist and equitable and empowering. Except for the fact that:
(1): There is no single group clearly responsible for the crime of slavery . Black Africans and Arabs were responsible for enslaving the ancestors of African-Americans. There were 3,000 black slave-owners in the ante-bellum United States. Are reparations to be paid by their descendants too? There are so many sub-Saharan African immigrants in the U.S. It will be ironic if the West African descendants of tribes who sold their own people to non-blacks as slaves (Yoruba, Ashanti, Igbo, Benin etc etc) will benefit from this U.S taxpayer funded largess. Most of the ones arriving after 1965 were descendants of the slavers.
(2): There is no one group that benefited exclusively from its fruits. If slave labor created wealth for Americans, then obviously it has created wealth for black Americans as well, including the descendants of slaves. Blacks today would rather be descendants of slaves here that descendants of those Africans who sold their ancestors to slavers. One can say they are lucky to be here rather than in Africa.
(3): Only A tiny minority of white Americans ever owned slaves, And others gave their lives to free them . What about the descendants of the 350,000 Union soldiers who died to free the slaves? They surely owe no reparations.
(4): America Today Is A Multi-Ethnic Nation and Most Americans Have No Connection (Direct Or Indirect) To Slavery . The two great waves of American immigration occurred after 1880 and then after 1960.
(5): Reparations To African Americans Can be Considered Paid. Since the passage of the Civil Rights Acts and the advent of the Great Society in 1965, trillions of dollars in transfer payments have been made to African-Americans in the form of welfare benefits and racial preferences. As far as I'm concerned, reparations were paid in blood, long ago. It's called the Civil War.
(6): What About The Debt Blacks Owe To America? It's mainly in America that Blacks have come to relative prosperity with many accomplishments, especially in the Performing Arts & athletics - A lot of black greats could not have arisen in Africa, but were able to because of the freedoms & opportunities here.
I could go on and on: -Slaves were captured and sold by black Africans.
- PA and MA abolished slavery by 1784.
- 700K white men died in the Civil War.
- The Democratic Party was and is the party of slavery, Jim Crow, and identity politics.
- The Republican Party ended slavery.
- First black men elected to Congress were Republican.
- Slaves were owned only by the wealthy.
Joe Biden has already expressed his support for it. But no one seems to be able to answer the pertinent questions that this raises: The Japanese were bombed twice, they're back on their feet, Indians were colonized for hundreds of years, they've risen up, what are black people doing?
And if this goes through, the dollar will collapse even quicker. Imagine all the extra debt such insanity would create. Plus, how are they going to trace everyone of their ancestry? Or are they simply going to pay reparations to every Black American? In that case, it would be left to the Government to decide who is Black and who is TOO WHITE. Perhaps Criminally Elected President Joe Biden can set a new standard for racial differences.
The way I see it, there's only way they could possibly do this. They obviously won't have the guts to march into people's homes and steal their furniture or their cars etc, so they'll probably just impose a special tax on white salaries. Which won't even matter, because considering Biden and the Chamber of Commerce's plans to fill American jobs with millions of illegal aliens after giving them amnesty, something which they have explicitly stated, most whites won't even have a job anyway.
