The government is not entitled to know (or record) anything about me except what it receives permission to know from a court of law pursuant to a search warrant for a crime for which they have probable cause to believe I am a suspect.
Also, the government is not entitled to any FACT CLAIMS about me, except what it can prove in a court of law.
As a citizen, I am entitled to know anything and everything about the government and its operations, with the exception of open investigations or current defensive operations. Most especially anything about money.
I am also entitled to make any fact claim about the government, true or false, without fear of any repercussion or retaliation, whether direct or indirect, regardless of any legal construction which the government might invent. I am even entitled to publish these fact claims and to widely disseminate them through media. No private party is obligated to carry my content, but I am entitled to request or pay them to do so without fear of any kind of retribution.
These rights are so basic and obvious that they are explicitly laid out in the Bill of Rights (1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 10th Amendments).

No way that's $52k, must be a starting bid not a sticker price. The transport costs alone are probably more than $10k.
