Revolting, as it should be.
But what does it *mean*?
Could it be a reference to his long-time best friend Jimmy Savile? That child-raping necrophile protected during his life by Her Majesty's Royal Government? Or could it be a reference to his first wife Diana, that slaughtered blood-red Moon?
Or perhaps an overarching reference to the blood spilled by the British Empire in toto?
We might never know in our mortal lifetimes, as it can at times be hard to extract truth out of an artist, except in their Art.
Though there are exceptions when it comes to extracting deep truths from artists:

Mr. Rotten mentions others involved in this protected nexus. Let us consider Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, tied-in deeply with the British royalty, and who operated strongly in the United States, with former US President Bill Clinton being a long-time close friend of Epstein.
What type of mentalities created our laws? Why is eyeball-shanking, dismembering gang-rape the most hilarious joke of all, regardless of the age of victim? The ultimate killing joke?
And the common masses are even sicker than them, for taking pleasure in their own slaughterment.
Oh, how the blood flows.
Or stops.
Suddenly.

And a monarch butterfly landing on a monarch. Rather trite symbolism for an obscurantist artist, no?
