Why are almost all memes routing through this domain? I have scoured the web and the main locations that memes exist are on Facebook feeds (tied to identity), or this i0.wp.com site. In the past, I have had to block 192.0.x.x IP due to hostile activity on my connection, so it seems weird to me that practically all memes (other than Facebook, etc.) are going through this particular IP.
