No, I don't think so...nothing that I can think of anyways.

The whole contraption is obviously an outrigger of some sort designed to be hung onto to practice skiing.

Just seems like danger-close to me, and I'm about as non risk averse as they come.

You could easily hit the boat and knock yourself senseless, hit by the outdrive or prop and get cleaved, get gutted by a cleat or vent...
