Seriously though, what "law" would it break today if someone (maybe me) started manufacturing these again? They are not "explosives" so they would not be under the BATF goons. The wacky libtards would have a fit but can they stop someone from doing this again? At least find me the drawings on how to make one so a guy could build his own...
