I'd guess inner-tubes. They are air-bladders that are installed inside a rubber tire.

Actually, the only ones of those you can find any more (outside of specialty suppliers to old car restorers, who charge a lot for them these days) are skinny things for bicycles and flotation devices for river float trips. None of which are suitable for use in car or truck tires.

But if you're dying to find one, pcosmar rightly suggests you check your nearest tractor supply.
